Pressed ham hock terrine, capers, cornichons, piccalilli

Sautéed seasonal mushrooms, smoked garlic white wine cream, ciabatta croute (v)

Smoked mackerel, shaved fennel, watercress, horseradish cream, cold pressed rapeseed oil

Grilled goats’ cheese, pickled beetroot, candied walnuts, rocket & balsamic (v)

Slow braised Feather blade of Welsh Beef, truffle potato puree & braising jus
