What our customers say...

“Me and my wife had a 3-day break here over Valentine’s weekend and it was a great stay. Staff was polite and very helpful room was clean and bed was very comfy breakfast was good too and meals there was great would recommend this hotel to anyone who needs a spa break or just a weekend away. Now for the spa we didn’t get massages as the pools was good enough for us they helped relax our muscles, so we didn’t need a massage steam room is also good. The stay was worth every penny and we will be visiting again soon. Thank you all at wild pheasant.”

“I literally could not fault this hotel. I rarely write reviews. But, after arriving at the hotel late afternoon and being shown to my room by the front of house staff, through to the service I received whilst dining in the hotel on the evening (I was there on business, so eating at a table for one), everything was so relaxed and the staff very polite. I would love to take my family here and make use of the great looking Spa facilities. I’d forgotten to pack my swimwear (my only negative, but my own fault). The location is excellent on the A5 to get to local attractions or businesses, depending on your reasons for travel. After reading previous reviews and watching some of the videos, the refurbishment has obviously brought this hotel back to where it belongs. A longer stay would have been preferential!”

“Myself and my husband had a lovely stay this weekend, food was amazing, staff were friendly and very attentive, room was lovely and clean, the bed was massive and very comfortable, spa was lovely and relaxing we came away very chilled and relaxed we can’t wait to come back hoping it will be very soon.”
