How to Book

There are 3 ways in which you can book your spa experience with us. You can contact Llangollen Spa on 01978 860629 or email us directly on We do recommend to book in advance to ensure you get your preferred time and day. A £10 per person deposit will be taken over the phone to secure the booking. If booking online we will require you to call within 48hrs of booking to pay the deposit.

Arrival Time

Please arrive at least 15 minutes before treatment time to complete a consultation form, finalise any outstanding payment and get changed in to a robe if you are on a spa package. Please bear in mind if you are coming to the spa as big group booking you may need to arrive up to 30 minutes before treatment times. Turning up late may mean treatment time will be reduced. We will do all we can to reschedule the appointment to a later time but this may not be guaranteed.

What to Wear and Bring with You

Many people often wonder what to bring and wear on a spa day. We advise you bring swimwear for use of facilities. For treatments we advise dry swimwear or underwear to be worn to ensure comfort through out treatment. Robe and slippers are provided to anyone on a spa package. Anyone wanting to hire robe and slippers as an addition to their day can do so at a cost of £5.

Cancellation Policy

Any cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice will lose the £10 deposit paid at time of booking.


We will need the voucher code upon booking and we ask you bring your voucher with you on the day.

Medical Conditions

The health of our guests is most important therefore we ask that you inform us of any medical conditions as it may effect the treatments you have. Our therapists will be able to advise on treatment options for you to ensure comfort and optimum wellbeing.


We need to ensure safety and comfort during pregnancy, please let the therapist know if you are pregnant and be aware that we do not perform any form of massage within the first 12 weeks of pregnancy.

Age Restrictions

Anybody under the age of 16 will not be allowed to use spa facilities or have treatments.

Food and Drink

The restaurant will be open for spa lunch between 12-5. Payments for anything extra not included in the spa package will need to be payed for in the restaurant.

Dear Customers

You will notice subtle enhancements to our cleaning and sanitising schedules designed to keep our staff and you safe during your time with us. Allowing you to concentrate on enjoying your time away.

We have endeavored to provide as normal as possible experience however there will be signage from the car park and throughout the buildings clearly providing directional flows supplemented with distancing indicators to avoid any misunderstanding between other guests and our staff. Where appropriate staff will be wearing protective personal equipment including gloves, aprons and face masks. Reception desks have been fitted with clear screens and hand sanitising stations are located throughout the hotel. Our management team will be highly visible, on hand to ensure a pleasant environment.

As you can imaging everyone at Everbright Hotels is really looking forward to welcoming you. We thought you would like to know some of the measures we have undertaken that underpin our staff confidence we can maintain a safe and enjoyable atmosphere for our reopening on Saturday 1st August.

We have 3 levels of endorsement of the protocols guiding our safe working practices;

  • World Travel & Tourism Council – “Safe Travels” stamp of approval
  • Visit Britain – “We’re Good to Go” kite mark. Supported with a public information campaign “Know Before You Go” highlighting What’s on and facilities available locally.
  • Quality in Tourism – “Safe, Clean & Legal” accreditation endorsed by UK Government, UK Hospitality and insurance companies.

You will see these logos on the door seal when you first use your bedroom. Providing you with a guarantee of cleanliness and safety.

In addition to achieving these benchmark standards we have also decided to further reinforce our commitment to the health and wellbeing of staff and customers through appointing a Group Environmental Manager, an experienced Environmental Health Officer who will help to constantly monitor performance. Plus, we have supplied cutting edge Ozone Sanitising Technology at all hotels. This will provide an additional layer of protection to employees and guests. It will also enable us to disinfect deliveries in a safe and consistent manner in addition to safely sanitise menus, stationery, keys and postage.

The introduction of these protocols would not have been possible without the collaboration of our wonderful staff who have remained resolute and determined to only welcome you back as and when safe to do so.
